We are delighted to announce that we have joined the Good Business Charter, with the aim of accrediting businesses that behave responsibly.

We are now officially, Good Business Charter Members! The process itself is simple, and a great way to champion responsible business practice.

For us, our commitment is to move each business that joins Mobius Capital to be part of the GBC Accredited family.  creating our own commitments for the group that match or surpass the commitments from GBC and putting into place plans to ensures that each company meets the requirements.

For example one of the 10 commitments is to empowering the employee through representation. With Mobius Capital moving the businesses into Employee Ownership one of the first things we do is to create a staff council who will then be invited to the board of directors to represent staff in decisions about the business.

Other commitments detailed here are also able to be completed by each business that join Mobius Capital, helping us in our mission to create a group of independant staff owned businesses that work collaboratively for the good of all stakeholders.
